Answer To Question 1: For the Finance/Procurement systems, we have retained the information on value and cost as Commercial in Confidence, this is due the creation of the ICS wide procurement function, where the systems which support the procurement activity and back office functions will be subject to review, market engagement and commercial tendering as part of the ICS roadmap.
