The trust had 2,402 emergency admissions under general surgery

Answer To Question 4:
For the context of this answer please be advised that data for the full year has not been finalised as of yet, with only quarter 1 and 2 being locked and available for reference. The data runs alongside the financial year from April to April.

Quarter 1 and 2 of 2021 (April 1st to sept 30th 2021) had 34 cases entered to the NELA database.

I can also say that from 01/01/21 to 31/12/21 there were 72 cases entered.
