Question Number 1: Do all hospitals in your Trust have a reporting system for sexual misconduct? If the answer is‘no’, please share how many hospitals within your Trust do have a reporting system for sexual misconduct and how many do not. | |
Answer To Question 1: Salisbury Foundation NHS Trust (which is one Hospital, SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ Hospital) has several reporting mechanisms for reporting sexual misconduct. Staff can report it using the Dignity at Work policy or via the Freedom to Speak up guardian or by raising a Grievance. It can also be reported as an incident using the Datix Risk Management system. Patients and Visitors can report via the PALS service or a member of staff can also raise it on their behalf on the Datix system. | |
