What was the budget allocated for these projects?

There was no specific budget, they have invariably been trials but in reality IoT could mean all sorts so the answer is more focused on wearables type tech.

What did these projects encompass?

The primary focus has been on virtual wards and how to support patients closer to home. There have also been some scanner internally
