| Answer To Question 1: The Trust's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy explicitly protects individuals from discrimination based on race. To actively address race equality, the Trust has implemented a Workforce Race Equality Standard action plan and a ratified a comprehensive Equality Diversity and Inclusion Long Term Plan (2024/27) with numerous race-focused initiatives. | |
