Question Number 1: I'm writing to you to request information on your usage of board portals. It would be appreciated if you could provide answer to the following questions How do you manage the documents and agendas for your meetings? | |
Answer To Question 1: The Trust use a web-based system to manage the agendas and documents for our meetings. | |
Question Number 2: Do you have a solution in place or are you considering a board portal solution? | |
Answer To Question 2: The Trust already have a board portal solution which the Trust have used and embedded over the last few years. | |
Question Number 3: If you do have a board portal solution in place, which one and when does it renew? | |
Answer To Question 3: The Trust board portal supplier is iBabs - renewal is April 2025. | |
Question Number 4: What is your annual budget for board portals and how many users do you have/need? | |
Answer To Question 4: iBabs is used across the Trust, not just for Board and Committee meetings but divisional/ departmental meetings too. Our users range between 450-500 due to staff turnover. Contract is based on a tariff basis per user. Budget is currently £29.5k per annum. | |
