Answer To Question 3:
The Trust do not use any off framework agencies for doctors.

Question Number 6:
Does the Trust have a projected agency usage plan for the coming year, and are there specific goals for reducing agency dependency?
 
Answer To Question 6:
Each Division is accountable for reducing their agency spend across all staff groups. A monthly review meeting is held with the DMO and Divisions to ascertain current position, recruitment activity and exit strategy for each agency worker.
 
Question Number 7:
Long-Term Cost-Reduction Strategy: Is there a long-term strategy in place to reduce agency doctor costs or transition to alternative staffing models?
 
Answer To Question 7:
The Trusts long term strategy is to continue to reduce agency use for medical.
