| Question Number 1: Please disclose how much (total 拢) the trust has spent on on-framework agency, off-framework agency, and bank staff in the past four full financial years (2020/21; 2021/22; 2022/23; and 2023/24). In this instance, "on-framework" refers to organisations on NHS England's list of approved staffing providers. "Off-framework" refers to those who are not on this list but still provide services to trusts. The figures should pertain to totals in each financial year and overall since 1 April 2020 (i.e., the start of the 2020/21 financial year). If possible, please also disclose: 1. A breakdown by total for all three (i.e., 拢2m on "on-framework", 拢800k for "off-framework", 拢1.2m for bank) in each of the four financial years; and | |
| Answer To Question 1: Total agency spend for the years 21-24 are on the Trust's website. Spend in 20-21 is on the attached file. The Trust do not record spend by agency. However, the attached file also includes details of invoices paid to of current off-framework framework agencies over the period. This should give a proxy of spend by year.
