| Answer To Question 1: The Trust has an Armed Forces Advocate, this post was established in March 2023 at which point Neil Lewis was appointed into this voluntary role - sft.armedforcesnetwork@nhs.net A function within the role of Armed Forces Advocate is to work alongside our OD&P department to ensure our organisational policies support our Armed Forces Community, with Special Leave for Reservists meeting this criteria.
