Mental Wellbeing

Mental health and physical health are both are closely linked and equally as important as each other. It's common for women to experience mental health difficulties for the first time whilst preparing for pregnancy. The thought of pregnancy can be overwhelming for many people, who ask themselves questions such as ‘Will I be a good parent?’ or ‘How will I manage financially?’.

Connecting with other people at this time can help by giving you an opportunity to talk about pregnancy and focus on the positive parts of the experience.
